Branch Manager - Waterworks

Lead daily operations for a Wilmington, NC waterworks branch in a hands-on role. Supervise and develop a team of 5–7 associates, oversee inventory, shipments, and customer service, and cover shipping/receiving as needed. Drive safety and compliance, manage P&L including budgeting and capital planning, and use data to improve performance while building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors.
