Key Responsibilities

  • •Support all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring received products are accurate and reporting discrepancies.
  • •Retrieve stock in a timely manner to support the sales team, including omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • •Keep the back of house tidy and compliant with retail operations and standards.
  • •Perform quality control on products at all times and report any issues to the store lead.
  • •Assist with aftersales processes (alterations, repairs, personalisation) and ad hoc store administration, including answering calls and liaising with customer service.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Provide excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • •Demonstrate excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
  • •Use core Microsoft software with intermediate computer skills.
