Job Summary

Move tractor-trailer trucks and trailers around the loading yard to support efficient loading and unloading at the processing plant. Spot incoming trucks and relay information to the dock, assist with unloading/loading as needed, and help keep product flow running smoothly. Identify improvement opportunities, follow safety policies, wear required PPE, and perform other assigned duties as an individual contributor.

Key Responsibilities

•Move tractor-trailer trucks and trailers around the yard to load and unload.
•Spot incoming trucks and relay information to the dock.
•Assist with unloading and loading trucks as needed to support product flow to and from the processing plant.
•Identify opportunities for improvement, present to the appropriate leader, and implement/participate in solutions.
•Wear required PPE and follow departmental and company safety policies to support a zero-accident culture.

Key Requirements

•CDL License in good standing
•DOT certification
•Forklift certifiable
•Experience driving tractor trailer
•Good communication skills (verbal and written), with multi-lingual preferred
