Inside/Outside Cable Plant Technician II

Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications inside/outside cable plant systems, applying lead-level experience to perform duct and conduit work, cable pulling, terminating, testing, splicing, and repairs for copper/coaxial and fiber optic cabling. Configure and install fiber optic modems, multiplex equipment, patch panels, distribution frames, grounding and lightning protection, and support equipment in cabinets and racks. Work onsite on customer sites while operating specified heavy equipment.
