Key Responsibilities

•Write high-quality code and participate in code reviews while designing and architecting systems of varying complexity.
•Build highly scalable, resilient, and resource-efficient systems supporting very high request loads.
•Contribute to cross-functional architectural and design discussions spanning multiple teams.
•Prepare and review technical design documents, ensuring strong development practices and checks across the lifecycle.
•Evaluate team technical priorities considering technical debt and product requirements, and mentor engineers to achieve business-critical goals.

Key Requirements

•Strong understanding of low-level and high-level design for distributed systems.
•Experience developing systems using mainstream programming languages, ideally Java (preferred) and Golang (good to have).
•Understanding of the code development life cycle and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across stages.
•Strong code development practices, including code review, technical design documentation, and architectural discussions across teams.
•Good knowledge of agile development methodology and ability to adapt quickly to product and engineering requirements.
