Job Summary

Lead the delivery of digital and BIM-related ways of working, ensuring timely project information model delivery across projects. Drive BIM standards compliance, onboarding and training, and digital solution mobilisation. Oversee task teams, monitor progress, and manage Information Execution Plans and supply chain assessments. Act as an intermediary between stakeholders, maintain QA for BIM deliverables, and stay current with digital technologies through continuous improvement and R&D.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations while supporting delivery teams.
•Manage onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation to enable efficient information delivery.
•Oversee task teams, monitor progress, and address delays promptly.
•Drive Information Execution Plans, supply chain assessments, and provide strategic IM direction and reporting.
•Maintain QA processes for BIM deliverables and support continuous improvement via R&D and updated digital technologies.

Key Requirements

•At least three years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
•Proficiency in implementing industry IM standards such as ISO 19650 across projects.
•Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions.
•Experience leading information management throughout the project lifecycle (design to construction to handover).
•Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and IM specialists, coordinating stakeholders and documentation.
