Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations while supporting delivery teams.
  • •Manage onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation to enable efficient information delivery.
  • •Oversee task teams, monitor progress, and address delays promptly.
  • •Drive Information Execution Plans, supply chain assessments, and provide strategic IM direction and reporting.
  • •Maintain QA processes for BIM deliverables and support continuous improvement via R&D and updated digital technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency in implementing industry IM standards such as ISO 19650 across projects.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions.
  • •Experience leading information management throughout the project lifecycle (design to construction to handover).
  • •Ability to lead and mentor a team of BIM and IM specialists, coordinating stakeholders and documentation.
