Key Responsibilities

•Own the full FP&A cycle — reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with narrative depth for leadership.
•Act as the company’s internal consulting bench — frame ambiguous cross-functional problems and drive them from framing to decision to implementation.
•Diagnose financial movements beyond the model by tracing changes to real business drivers (e.g., ops, GTM, product, or staffing).
•Drive action, not just insights, by informing real-time decisions on staffing, pricing, and resource allocation.
•Surface cross-functional insights and build scalable processes and data infrastructure to support company-wide decision making.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 230,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience spanning FP&A and Business Operations, ideally including investment banking, management consulting, or BizOps/Strategy & Operations at a scaling company
•Proven track record owning the FP&A cycle end-to-end — reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and board-level narrative
•Strong analytical rigor with ability to diagnose beyond the model to understand business causes of financial outcomes
•Experience working in SaaS, legal tech, or marketplace businesses and familiarity with Looker, dbt, or Snowflake
•Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to frame problems and drive decisions across teams
