QA/QC Engineer – Solar PMC

Establish, implement, and monitor the project Quality Management System for a GW-scale solar and BESS program. Independently audit the EPC contractor’s execution, manage Field Quality Plans (FQP), and oversee material testing to prevent non-conformances before energization. Review ITP/FQP implementation and method statements, track NCRs and CAPA closure, coordinate hold/witness points, and report quality trends that impact commissioning and handover.
