Independently negotiate and execute high volumes of pre-M&A contracts for sophisticated investment fund and asset manager clients. Serve as the primary day-to-day legal contact, maintain contract playbooks to ensure consistent quality, and manage full contract lifecycles from first review through execution and system logging. Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, while using Carta’s legal technology suite (including Carta Ava and HighQ) to improve speed and consistency.
