Shift Supervisor

Lead safety, quality, productivity, material handling, and cost performance for the Brantford Paper Mill plant during assigned shifts. Supervise and coordinate hourly employees, schedule production to cover coverage needs, and maintain manufacturing best practices in a non-union environment. Drive continuous improvement using SPS, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and lean methods, while supporting quality initiatives and employee development through coaching and training.
