Key Responsibilities

•Oversee shift-level financial controls, cost reporting, and compliance with corporate accounting policies.
•Coordinate with production operations to monitor expenditures, variances, and budgeting for the shift.
•Prepare and review financial statements and management reports for the Production Operations Team (JV-Das).
•Ensure accuracy of inventory, cost allocations, and journal entries within the shift scope.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Experience in financial control and accounting within a manufacturing/oil and gas environment, with knowledge of UAE regulatory and corporate policies.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to interface with production operations to monitor costs, budgeting, and variances.
•Proven ability to ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting requirements in a dynamic shift-based setting.
•Ability tocollaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a high-humidity operation environment.
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting designation preferred.
