Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as primary sales operations contact for EMEA field organization, resolving day-to-day requests from reps, managers, and leadership.
  • •Own EMEA opportunity and pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and support weekly forecast reporting with data gap flagging and follow-up.
  • •Administer account and territory changes, maintain and enforce sales process/system standards, and coach/escalate recurring issues.
  • •Own quote creation and review for EMEA deals, coordinating with Deal Desk and managing end-to-end deal approval workflows.
  • •Identify recurring friction in the EMEA sales process and partner on Revenue Operations, Systems, and Enablement projects to test and roll out improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Field Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Operations in a B2B software/technology company.
  • •Hands-on Salesforce experience with opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, and CRM troubleshooting.
  • •Direct experience with quoting and quote-to-cash, including CPQ tooling and deal approval workflows.
  • •Experience supporting a field sales organization as the go-to operational contact for sellers and sales managers.
  • •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis, reporting, and ad hoc modeling.
