Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, and recruiting leadership to understand and execute hiring plans per job requisition.
  • •Coordinate with recruiters to maintain accurate, up-to-date hiring process information in the applicant tracking system and GitLab repositories.
  • •Manage candidate scheduling and organize interviews to keep hiring processes running smoothly.
  • •Ensure candidates receive timely, thoughtful communication at each stage and act as an ambassador for GitLab values.
  • •Create and stage employment contracts and partner with People Operations for a seamless handoff to new team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting end-to-end hiring processes with recruiters and hiring managers in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • •Comfort using an applicant tracking system to schedule, track, and move candidates through interview stages (Greenhouse experience beneficial).
  • •Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools, plus willingness to learn additional tools.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • •Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail, with the ability to work across time zones and maintain confidentiality.
