Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience for Coach clients while meeting individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, driving revenue via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily store operations such as cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising while maintaining service standards.
•Process transactions and support inventory cycles by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and managing product movement.

Key Requirements

•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition skills (preferred).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods, holidays).
