Job Summary

Design and implement Microsoft Fabric architectures for enterprise clients as part of the Data Practice. Guide clients through data platform modernisation, including migration and scalable, secure data solutions that enable data democratisation and advanced analytics/AI insights. Partner with senior stakeholders and technology teams to define Fabric strategies, establish best practices, and share thought leadership, while applying strong data lifecycle, governance, and ETL/ELT expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with clients and deliver Microsoft Fabric solution work from initial engagement through delivery.
•Design and implement robust Microsoft Fabric solution architectures for enterprise environments.
•Lead migration and modernisation efforts to modern cloud data platforms.
•Share thought leadership and knowledge with internal and client stakeholders.
•Collaborate with client partners and technology teams, working with senior stakeholders up to Head of Data Engineering/Data Architecture and Chief Data Architect levels.

Key Requirements

•7–10 years in data architecture, engineering, or consulting, including 1–2 years in Microsoft Fabric solution architecture.
•University degree required (preferred BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related).
•Proven expertise designing and implementing Microsoft Fabric architectures for enterprise clients.
•Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI/analytics tools.
•Strong understanding of the data lifecycle (ingestion, storage, processing, governance, consumption) and ability to link business objectives to technology strategy.
