Key Responsibilities

•Support annuity new business pre-issue and post-issue by pulling pending contracts from reports and maintaining a centralized territory tracker.
•Request and manage approvals and exceptions (e.g., POA approval, trust approval, free look, contract review/details, form questions).
•Drive exceptions and requirement follow-ups, including pre-issue trades, follow-up timing changes, and resolution of outstanding items (NIGOs).
•Provide post-issue support such as free look handling, issue follow-up, and research into why contracts/premiums did not process as expected.
•Lead case issue resolution and escalation management, coordinating with internal and external partners and delivering territory review reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 62,500 - 115,500 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of customer support experience using phone and other methods.

•Strong annuity products technical knowledge (recommended) and preferably 3+ years of Nationwide Annuity exposure.
•Ability to proactively manage the needs of financial professionals and sales partners, including de-escalation scenarios.
•Series 6 highly recommended; candidates without a Series 6 may be asked to obtain.
