Job Summary

Analytical compensation leader responsible for benchmarking, job profiling, and pay range design on a global basis. Partners with Talent Acquisition and People teams to advise on complex offers and retention, develops cost models and forecasts for global programs, and administers recurring compensation processes to support Workday’s Total Rewards strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the first point of contact for Workmates for compensation questions through various channels and support stakeholders in Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and Compensation Business Partners on complex offers and retention needs.
•Conduct annual and ad hoc benchmarking analysis to develop job profiles, job levels, and pay ranges to maintain the current job architecture and support the company’s growth.
•Develop cost models, forecast analysis and design recommendations on a variety of global compensation programs.
•Participate in the administration of recurring compensation processes, annual survey participation and ad hoc survey requests and project support as needed.
•Lead compensation-related projects, such as job leveling initiatives or pay equity analyses, and communicate findings to management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,200 - 208,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a business partnering or client-facing role.
•Proven experience developing and implementing salary structures and job evaluation methodologies for diverse employee populations.
•Demonstrated experience managing the administration of short-term incentive programs for a minimum of 3 years.
•Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build complex compensation models and present findings to management.
•Experience leading compensation-related projects, such as job leveling initiatives or pay equity analyses.
