Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day safety on the ground at the Phoenix manufacturing site by walking the floor, finding hazards, and fixing them before incidents occur.
  • •Run the site safety program end to end, including training, permits, incident investigation, and corrective actions that actually close.
  • •Build safe operating procedures with supervisors and operators for high-energy work (welding, cranes, powered equipment, electrical).
  • •Keep the site compliant with OSHA and company standards while production scales.
  • •Operate within an HSE environment focused on extreme ownership, velocity, first principles, and high-intensity work.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 154,000 annually

  • •Investigate real incidents and drive corrective actions that change how work gets done.

  • •(Bonus) OSHA 30/500; CSP or ASP track; fabrication or heavy assembly experience; Spanish fluency.
