Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic development of hospitality assets from early-stage briefing through delivery, handover, and operational readiness.
  • •Shape asset strategy, feasibility, and business plans to define positioning, guest experience, and value creation.
  • •Drive cross-functional alignment across strategy, asset management, design, delivery, and Operators to ensure seamless progression to operations.
  • •Oversee key asset decisions (e.g., room mix, amenities, guest experience, and operational planning) to maximize differentiation and portfolio performance.
  • •Lead governance and executive reporting, and mentor teams to embed best-practice development capability across the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years’ experience in real estate or hospitality development.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Experience shaping development strategy, feasibility, and positioning for hospitality assets.
  • •Strong commercial acumen and understanding of value creation in high-value development environments.
  • •Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., Aconex).
