Key Responsibilities

  • •Own content and creator growth for the Gulf states, including overall market performance.
  • •Lead all content and creator efforts for the Gulf market.
  • •Create high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
  • •Build and manage a pipeline of Gulf creators and run influencer campaigns with top creators and micro-influencers.
  • •Collaborate with paid marketing and cross-functional teams in Paris; write briefs, give notes, test ideas quickly, and support launches and Gulf-focused activations.

Key Requirements

  • •1–5+ years making short-form content for brands, agencies, influencers, or creators.
  • •Experience creating ads content, especially UGC-style content.
  • •Experience managing creators and/or giving creative feedback.
