Lead financial planning and analysis for SS&P Asia, including annual budget management, quarterly forecasting, and monthly closing. Key Responsibilities

•Lead annual budget management, quarterly forecasting, and monthly closing processes for SS&P Asia.
•Review supplier contracts and validate purchase requisitions.
•Own end-to-end agenda, content, and approval flow for the Asia Deal Structuring Team (DST) process and ensure compliance with Global DST.
•Drive process execution improvements and standardized worldwide reporting, including analyses for supplier payment terms, Non-Recurring Expense, and Cost of Goods.
•Aggregate, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources (e.g., Spotfire and SAP) to enable management information and decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading financial planning and analysis activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes.
•Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
•Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
•Integrity and compliance-minded approach with the ability to influence without power and manage diverse stakeholders.
