Key Responsibilities

•Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
•Source candidates via channels including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
•Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit, motivation, and communication.
•Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
•Maintain accurate ATS records and support recruiting projects/process improvements as the team scales.

Key Requirements

•0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
•Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
•Clear written and verbal communication skills.
•Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
•A proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback, and the ability to manage multiple tasks reliably.
