  • •Manage cost controls and control expenditures of all bakery and pastry production equipment, food, and curated goods.
  • •Create pricing schedules for all bakery needs with all correlating outlets.
  • •Source high quality ingredients with a focus on local, sustainable, and organic items.
  • •Plan and create all menus with an emphasis on seasonal items and creative menu choices.
  • •Purchase and manage inventory.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate
  • •3+ years of professional experience as a bakery or pastry chef and in culinary management
  • •Valid driver's license
  • •Experience with cost controls and inventory management
  • •Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform required physically demanding tasks
