Support a venue-wide sustainability and resource recovery program by sorting event waste into recycling, composting, donations, and landfill streams to maximize diversion. Participate in onboarding and training, work show and non-show days (weekends included), maintain clean sorting areas, and help educate crew members and fans alongside the Venue Sustainability Manager. Seasonal, part-time hours vary with the show schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew onboarding and training.
•Assist in mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
•Work show days and non-show days, including weekdays and weekends, to ensure waste is sorted and diverted.
•Provide educational support to crew members and fans in coordination with the Venue Sustainability Manager.
•Maintain a clean sorting area and support post-show cleanup/pick after each event; complete other as-needed tasks.

•A positive attitude and ability to work well with other departments; events/zero waste experience is a plus.
