Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew onboarding and training.
  • •Assist in mid- and post-show waste sorting for recycling, composting, donations, and landfill materials.
  • •Be available to work show days and non-show days, including weekdays and weekends, to support diversion goals.
  • •Support the Venue Sustainability Manager with educational assistance to venue crew members and fans.
  • •Maintain a clean sorting area and assist with post-show pickup as needed.

  • •Be able to spend most show time walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting/carrying 50+ lbs., including significant time sorting materials.
