Job Summary

Lead safe, steady operations at an aggregate site by guiding hourly employees and coordinating daily production and maintenance to meet safety, quality, and operational targets. Ensure Health & Safety compliance with company policies and training, manage production planning through manpower, equipment, inventory, and schedules, and support preventative/reactive maintenance and shutdown preparation. Maintain production budgets/forecasts and represent the site during regulatory visits while supporting rehabilitation and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily production and maintenance activities to meet safety, quality, and operational targets.
•Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and all company policies and training requirements.
•Coordinate manpower, equipment, inventory, and production schedules to support customer demand.
•Plan and support preventative and reactive maintenance, including shutdown preparation.
•Maintain production schedules, budgets, and forecasts; share updates with management and hourly teams; represent the site during regulatory visits and support rehabilitation and special projects.

Salary: CAD 79,000 - 82,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Technical knowledge of aggregate, concrete, or construction operations.
•1-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
•Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.

•Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
