Key Responsibilities

•Design user-facing mechanisms, activities, and growth levers to increase location permission opt-in rate using user behavior insights and data analysis.
•Run end-to-end Local Services/LBS campaign operations, including planning, execution, iteration, and performance review.
•Build and maintain campaign monitoring frameworks and KPI dashboards to track core funnel indicators.
•Conduct data analysis, A/B testing, and post-campaign reviews to extract insights and optimize campaign strategy and mechanics.
•Translate business goals and privacy constraints into scalable, compliant, user-friendly campaign solutions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above and 3+ years of experience in operations, growth, strategy, or campaign management at internet companies.
•Proven experience driving business metrics through campaigns or growth initiatives, especially around user permissions, product adoption, or funnel optimization.
•Strong learning agility and an ownership mindset to independently drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills to deliver complex initiatives end-to-end under ambiguity.
•Strong data literacy and structured thinking; comfortable using data to define problems, evaluate performance, and make decisions.
