Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete design evaluations including dynamic and static simulation of rotating systems, rotor design, gearing and airend evaluation, and bearing behavior/component life.
  • •Create and interact with CAD/CAM models, including drafting and GD&T.
  • •Define product improvement ideas, determine relevant testing plans, and collaborate to implement improvements for ETO compressor products.
  • •Provide production testing and field support for mechanical tests and compressor field operations, including root-cause diagnostics and review of supplier quality deviations.
  • •Support tendering by interacting with Tendering and Design Engineering teams to optimize compressor design to meet customer requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Mechanical / Aerospace Engineering.
  • •3-5 years of hands-on experience working with UG-NX, Team Centre, and SAP.
  • •Experience working in a design or technical team environment.
  • •Strong experience in turbomachinery aerodynamics and mechanical design, including vibration, FEA, thermal modeling, dynamics, or materials.
  • •Static and dynamic simulation of rotating systems, rotor design, gear design, and bearing design.
