Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with enterprise customers and internal sales/technical teams to identify and prioritize end-to-end Virtual Facility Integration (VFI) solutions for factory and warehouse design, layout planning, operational simulation, and continuous optimization.
  • •Establish and develop relationships with key CXOs and decision makers to enable customer references and future industry growth.
  • •Collaborate with sales leaders to develop Physical AI solutions spanning factory planning, synthetic data generation, robotic simulation, and intelligent video analytics opportunities.
  • •Partner with product management, marketing, education services, training, sales operations, finance, and global sales teams to enable GTM by developing, communicating, and providing training for Physical AI Sales Plays.
  • •Maintain an opportunity tracker, engage with account teams for Lighthouse Account strategy, and provide customer/partner insights to advise future product development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 296,000 - 448,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years overall work experience, including 5+ years driving enterprise product and software business development with major technology companies and innovative startups, preferably with an industrial domain and cloud focus.
  • •7+ years of management experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or Science, with manufacturing-related 3D digital twin technology.
  • •Proven success building and managing end-to-end partner solutions (business case, solution definition, value proposition, sales enablement, and joint marketing).
  • •Experience with technologies related to 3D systems, digital twins, physical AI, robotics, advanced hardware, industrial manufacturing, and next-generation computing.
