•Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery of project(s).
•Create and maintain technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
•Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks to connect SaaS platforms and internal systems.
•Integrate business applications (CRM, ERP, billing, etc.) with data mapping, transformation, and real-time synchronization.
•Support Atlassian applications by managing workflows and schemes, resolving issues, and developing, testing, and deploying upgrades.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline with 3+ years of hands-on experience, or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
•Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
•Experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java).
•Experience with scripting and SQL (especially with ScriptRunner).
•Experience upgrading Atlassian applications such as Jira/Confluence in large, clustered Linux environments.
