Key Responsibilities

•Manage the end-to-end Jersey product lifecycle from initial concept through production, ensuring ideas become commercially viable, technically feasible products.
•Build partnerships with Design and Graphics teams and work with Product Engineering to align technical and aesthetic considerations and validate testing standards.
•Develop and maintain vendor relationships, understanding manufacturing capabilities to negotiate cost efficiency without compromising design integrity.
•Lead critical path management from concept ideation to pre-production, resolving issues quickly to maintain delivery schedules.
•Ensure prototypes and samples meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements, monitor fitness for purpose through risk assessments, prepare samples for manufacturing handover, and maintain accurate product data in PLM systems; mentor Product Development Assistants.

Key Requirements

•Translate senior design visions into tangible product specifications and align creative and production teams.
•Demonstrate advanced garment and fabric construction knowledge for jersey fabrics, including printing, embroidery, washes, and garment dye processes.
•Manage vendor partnerships by delivering clear briefs and leveraging vendor capabilities to meet design and production demands.
•Show strong critical path management skills, proactively identifying risks and troubleshooting to keep collections on schedule.
•Balance creative ambitions with cost and budget considerations to support sustainable product development.
