Key Responsibilities

  • •Assure safe operational practices and procedures to protect employees, the system, and the public.
  • •Oversee functional areas including service, construction/maintenance, meter reading, leak survey, corrosion, measurement, instrumentation, and controls.
  • •Manage multiple budgets, monitor actual vs. budgeted expenditures, and conduct annual performance reviews of assigned employees.
  • •Monitor federal/state laws and company standards to ensure compliance with internal/external audits and regulatory requirements.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries/complaints and coordinate emergency response and leak management; maintain records/reports and conduct training for productivity and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related) plus three years of related experience, or a high school/GED with five years of related experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • •Ability to explain technical/complex matters to people with little or no background.
  • •Ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages, and basic statistical methods, including calculations for reconciliations.
