Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • •Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier active and passive candidates.
  • •Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple roles and functions.
  • •Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.).
