Job Summary

Lead and execute manufacturing and production projects end-to-end across shifting priorities, defining scope, schedules, costs, and staffing. Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing engineering, operations, design, industrial engineering, business lines, and facilities to unblock production issues and standardize processes across Anduril sites. Own parts of manufacturing KPI tracking and generate actionable reporting, while supporting systems/process improvements using manufacturing data and tools like ERP/MRP/MES/PLM.

•Drive data analysis and reporting by executing short-timeline analyses and analyzing manufacturing data to identify trends and improvements.
•Improve manufacturing systems/processes by leveraging ERP/MRP/MES/PLM data, standardizing best practices, and supporting adoption tracking for new standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data science, business, or a related field.
•2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on project/program management, data analysis, or process improvement.
•Familiarity with manufacturing processes and the ability to translate technical discussions into clear action items, schedules, and owners.
•Comfort adapting across a wide variety of project types and getting up to speed quickly on unfamiliar problems.
•Strong analytical aptitude and strong written and verbal communication to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
