Key Responsibilities

  • •Retain and grow assigned client relationships and lead day-to-day account management.
  • •Drive the renewal process and implement client-specific renewal strategies by assembling the right team.
  • •Coordinate with brokers on renewal strategy development and delivery.
  • •Ensure overall account profitability using a value-based approach for scope and costs.
  • •Manage stewardship planning, client service understanding, and invoicing/receivables follow-up for timely collections.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 285,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience.
  • •Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts.
  • •Ability to lead a client portfolio of at least $3.5 million in annual revenue.
  • •Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • •Must have an active Property & Casualty license; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
