Purchase to Pay Junior Specialist

Ensure accurate execution of the Accounts Payable and end-to-end Purchase to Pay (P2P) process in line with process charter. Booking invoices and credit notes, resolving invoice-related queries, monitoring goods receipt and invoice receipt workflows, and performing internal controls. Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve invoice quality and completeness, maintain process documentation, train new employees, and provide reporting, data validation, and analytics to support the P2P teams.
