Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General/Store Manager.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and assist with shipment processing and daily replenishment excellence.
  • •Support safe, efficient store operations via strong stockroom standards and contribute to operations-focused directives, projects, and initiatives with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements
