Job Summary

Lead and coordinate safety, health and environmental aspects for large international construction projects in Asia. Manage client relationships, consultants, and site operations; ensure master programme execution, cost control, logistics, quality and timely reporting, while upholding safety standards and statutory inspections across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead overall project management to meet quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment requirements and scheduling.
•Coordinate between client, architects and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
•Monitor site labour, materials and plant resources in line with project cost budget.
•Manage the implementation of the master programme, manpower, materials & plant schedules.
•Act as client representative, managing daily running of the project and facilitating progress meetings and reports.

Key Requirements

•Degree in construction, project management or similar function.
•Minimum 10 years’ experience on large International construction projects in Asia.
•Experience in managing contractors in pre and post contract stages and managing tendering process will be preferred.
•Ability to lead large multi-disciplined construction teams, with excellent leadership and problem solving skills.
•Fluent in spoken and written English.
