Job Summary

Build and continuously improve order fulfillment and facility operations, leading an hourly team to deliver efficient order execution. Own facility SOP adherence across cleanliness and customer service, and manage facility P&L with tight cost-efficiency and financial performance reviews. Partner with 3PLs and coordinate with sales to resolve onsite issues, backfill vacancies, and support customer onboarding while shaping roadmaps and handling escalations. Ensure full compliance with country-specific permits, licenses, and building/food safety standards in São Paulo.

•Build, manage, and continuously improve order fulfillment processes focused on efficiency and effectiveness.
•Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing hourly team responsible for facility operations and order execution.
•Maintain adherence to SOPs for facility operations, cleanliness, and customer service.
•Manage facility P&L, ensuring financial discipline and identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
•Ensure full compliance with country-specific standards, permits, and licenses, including building and food safety regulations.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of experience leading operations with end-to-end operational ownership.
•Experience managing multi-site operations or large-format operations.
•Experience leading frontline teams and developing managers and supervisors.
•Experience with process improvement and operational KPIs.
•Solid financial management experience, including budget ownership and expense control.
