Key Responsibilities

  • •Deal structuring: support the SOA sub-region and assist account/BD managers in complex deals from initiation to closure, including regular reviews with leadership to meet approvals.
  • •Extended business support: provide financial insights to develop and monitor strategic deals and identify pricing/structuring opportunities.
  • •Drive regional Deal Management projects across the SOA and AP regions and champion regional reporting to ensure data integrity and timely submissions.
  • •Communicate corporate and regional policies, establish review processes for financial control and compliance within the division.
  • •Build capabilities within the business for financial modeling and understanding of business case implications to align with divisional financial objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •1) Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform rigorous deal reviews, scenario analyses, and ROI/NPV calculations for complex business cases.
  • •2) Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders (Account Managers, Business Development, Finance) and influencing decisions to optimize deal structures.
  • •3) Familiarity with legal documentation processes and ability to guide legal teams on deal structures and business dynamics.
  • •4) Knowledge of corporate policy, financial controls, and regulatory/compliance requirements relevant to regional deals.
  • •5) Ability to build financial acumen within teams, model business cases, and manage risk with an entrepreneurial mindset.
