Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach matrixed technical teams delivering full lifecycle software modernization for defense customers.
  • •Own executive briefings/updates, out-briefs, and fact-based decision narratives tied to risks, resourcing, and outcomes.
  • •Set and control scope/cost/project baselines and maintain program control measures (backlogs, roadmap/IMS, transparent status).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • •15+ years of progressive technical and leadership experience in digital modernization, including leading multiple software deliveries for mission-critical systems in parallel.
  • •Experience running multi-team Agile programs with strong governance, translating outcomes into roadmaps, backlogs, release plans, and credible status reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience facilitating CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices, including familiarity with Jira, GitLab, Azure DevOps, and service workflows like ServiceNow.
  • •Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret/SCI; U.S. citizenship required.
