Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate RHB machine processing systems within process guidelines to meet daily production requirements.
  • •Coordinate with shift team to maximize production and provide general direction to packer and/or utility employees.
  • •Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and review daily performance against efficiency goals.
  • •Troubleshoot process-related issues, mold setups, and technical duties for RHB equipment; support maintenance for mechanical repairs.
  • •Complete process-related paperwork and maintain the Food Safety Program (GMP).

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in RHB processing or other plastic processing.
  • •Ability to verify quality of finished product (measure/visual) and react to problems.
  • •Knowledge of proper safety procedures, including LOTO and locating machine safeties.
  • •Ability to use PCC/Man machine interface screens to understand and monitor the process.
  • •Forklift operation capability with forklift certification consistent with OSHA standards.
