Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and execute a clear commercial strategy for defined Amcor Flexibles North America market(s), including portfolio management and growth/cash/attrition direction.
  • •Execute the P&L strategy: manage mix and margin, set pricing strategy and decisions, and manage the spec portfolio.
  • •Prioritize R&D programs and maintain a balanced innovation pipeline across near-, medium-, and long-term horizons.
  • •Mentor and develop direct reports, and set annual goals reviewed monthly.
  • •Oversee negotiations with significant customers and support marketing and core marketing process development, working with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations to maximize top-line and bottom-line growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year college degree required, with emphasis on Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Chemical Engineering.
  • •15+ years of commercial experience in Flexible Packaging.
  • •3–5 years in a prior Director role is preferred.
  • •Robust understanding of raw material substrates, manufacturing processes, product specifications, and customer applications.
  • •MBA is preferred.
