Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage MTS TSSC operations and provide direct supervision/oversight of staff and subcontracted staff to ensure seamless operations and contract compliance.
  • •Coordinate and schedule MTS TSSC activities, including hardware and software design, modifications support, code and test, configuration management, TMS support, and master library functions.
  • •Assign functions to subordinates and review technical work for compliance with requirements and ensure required documentation is completed for modification activity.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, program management, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop proposals responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
  • •Monitor costs, progress, and quality, identify program problems, provide solutions, and serve as primary customer contact/liaison including the monthly Training System Working Group (TSWG).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and six years of simulation-related experience.
  • •At least 7 years of progressive management experience.
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Understanding of military protocols and customs.
  • •Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word; able to work flexible schedules with overtime and weekend work as required.
