Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitoring industry legislation changes, compliance trends and initiating compliance actions as required
  • •Raising any immediate concerns related to compliance with regulations that could put safety or the approval at risk, escalate findings and hazards if applicable
  • •Contributing to the development of Wizz Air’s Compliance Monitoring Function
  • •Participation in the promotion of a just and positive safety culture
  • •Supporting management of change processes and managing the related training program

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years of aviation work experience, including 2+ years in safety or compliance managerial roles
  • •Experience in management systems, compliance monitoring systems, safety management, risk management, and operations
  • •Good knowledge of SMS and compliance monitoring principles and requirements (EASA, ICAO, IOSA)
  • •Experience in management of complex projects; PC user skills at advanced level (MS Office)
