Strategic product lead responsible for owning the AI-focused UK apprenticeship product roadmap, aligning market insights with cross-functional teams, and driving bookings, retention and quality as the AI learning portfolio scales. Partners with Policy, GTM, and Delivery teams to shape data offerings, ensure compliance, and enhance learner outcomes through innovative AI-enabled learning models.

•Own the AI product roadmap for a subset of AI offerings, using internal and external data to improve bookings and learner retention.
•Collaborate with Product Marketing to align market messaging and competitive positioning of AI products.
•Stay ahead of AI tooling trends to identify new skills development opportunities and potential product areas.
•Support GTM, Finance and Delivery to scope custom data offerings and balance potential with technical investment.
•Lead cross-functional teams to launch and iterate learning curricula, ensuring readiness of systems and people to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
