Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve guests to hotel standards across restaurant/bar/lounge and room service, greeting guests and presenting menus and daily specials.
  • •Take orders and punch items into the POS system, entering guest requirements (e.g., no garlic, less spicy, without egg).
  • •Deliver courses in order, observe guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and help with queries, desserts and drinks, and clearing/removing courses.
  • •Handle payments by obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning change, and completing financial transactions when needed.
  • •Maintain table and station readiness (resetting tables, replenishing utensils/glasses), assist with wine at the tableside, basic cleaning, stocking/par stock, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous serving experience required.
  • •Minimum CPE.
  • •Excellent oral communication skills required.
  • •Positive interpersonal skills required.
  • •Speak and write French and English.
