Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the regional technical support team, setting direction, priorities, coaching, and follow-up to meet business plans.
  • •Provide high-level product and application support to customers and Sales Company teams, balancing customer requirements with business needs.
  • •Define and manage the team’s technical competency roadmap and ensure development of relevant product/application knowledge.
  • •Develop, monitor, and continuously improve work processes and quality standards, especially quotation and technical support processes.
  • •Develop and deliver product and service training for Sales Companies, Sales Channels, and partners; own the local training process and support tool/platform implementation (Anytime, InTouch, Product Selection Guide).

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in managerial or technical leadership roles, ideally in customer support, technical sales, engineering, industrial products, or product/application support.
  • •Experience leading, coaching, and developing technical teams.
  • •Experience designing or leading technical training programs for partners, distributors, commercial teams, or other stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization; Lean, Six Sigma, or Black Belt methodologies are an advantage, and advanced English is required.
