Key Responsibilities

  • •Process meat products for consumers using hand tools, knives, machinery, and other equipment.
  • •Support coworkers and contribute to a positive, safe, and efficient production line.
  • •Maintain standards for safety, quality, and teamwork every day.
  • •Perform physically demanding production duties (including repetitive movement and standing) during scheduled shifts.
  • •Be prepared to work overtime when required by production demands.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Understand and follow oral and written instructions.

  • •Work safely using required PPE, and may need certification to operate various equipment (including working with a knife if trained).
