Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the school onboarding lifecycle—strategy, prospecting, planning, onboarding, execution, and results within identified districts.
  • •Build relationships with regional administration and stakeholders to provide documentation, onboarding support, teacher development resources, and strategic guidance.
  • •Serve as an ambassador for Canva Education with teachers and educators.
  • •Run a predictable business that delivers jointly agreed customer transformation strategies focused on educational outcomes.
  • •Identify trends using data analysis, drive retention and engagement, and source leads to close deals with high-value districts.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of the K-12 education market and classroom productivity solutions, including communicating with instructional technology specialists and teachers.
  • •Experience selling and/or driving adoption of education software solutions, with real-world teaching and instructional technology design knowledge.
  • •Deep understanding of how schools roll out new technology in system-wide deployments.
  • •Excellent collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely and partnering with people outside your direct team.
  • •Strong business planning skills to move from planning to implementation and deliver high-impact projects.
