Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the quality control function for incoming, in-process, and final inspection of all machined and fabricated components.
  • •Supervise QC inspectors and ensure adherence to quality procedures, drawings, and customer specifications.
  • •Review and approve inspection reports, maintain traceability records, and manage nonconformance documentation.
  • •Coordinate with production, design, and planning teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • •Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and manage CMM operations and inspection routines.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Quality Engineering or equivalent.
  • •6–8 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and quality inspection tools.
  • •Proficient in using measuring instruments including CMMs, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and comparators.
  • •Experience in documenting NCRs, CAPAs, and maintaining inspection records.
